I've had my lash lift done, now what? = Look after your lashes. They are very delicate now. Ensure you do not sleep on them, rub them, or wear mascara for the first 24 hours. Use a serum or oil to nourish the lashes.

 

Can I bring my children or friends to my beauty service appointment?
Due to the size of our salon, hazardous equipment and insurance guidelines, it is not appropriate for children or friends to accompany you at your appointments.

 

What are the salon and store opening hours?
* Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Sunday - CLOSED

 

What is your CANCELLATION Policy?
We understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 48-hours’ notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. If we are unable to fill the timeslot, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (deposit) totalling 50% of the session.

 

What is your NO-SHOW Policy?

We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no-shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

 

What is your LATE Policy?
If you are running late to an appointment, we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15-minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15-minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to apply the no-show policy. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

How long do they last? When applied correctly each set lasts 2-3 weeks.

Do they damage your nails? They will cause minimal damage and your nails will continue to grow strong underneath. 

How do you remove them? Soak in a bowl of warm water with a tbsp dishwashing liquid and tbsp of oil for 15 minutes. After soaking use the wooden cuticle stick to gently wedge off the nail.

Can you reuse them? If looked after a set can be reused. When using the short-wear tabs sets can be reused multiple times.

What comes in each pack? Each pack contains 24-30 nails (one pack fits all) alcohol wipe, a small nail file, a tube of glue, and a sheet of short-wear stickers. 

Will they fit my nails? Due to each pack coming with 24-30 nails there are enough sizes for large, small, and average nails. 

When will my order arrive? Nz orders should arrive within 3 working days (excluding rural). Australian orders please allow up-to 3 weeks. (we are expecting longer than normal delays) 

What is the difference between your Gel and Acrylic nails? The gel nails have a softer gel like finish and come in packs of 26-30, these are salon quality nails. Where as the Acrylic have more of a painted finished and come in packs of 24.

4 Ways to keep your brows lasting longer:
(1) avoid heat, steam, and hot water for the first 12 hours
(2) do not scrub, use facial cloths or cleanser on your brows
(3) avoid sweating and moisture on your brows for the first 12 hours
(4) rebook for every 4-6 weeks
* Remember, if you have oily or combination skin, your brows may fade quicker, so ensure you are following the above tips!

 

Caring for your eyelash extensions:
(1) Avoid getting your eyelash extensions wet for at least 24 hours after getting them applied. This will give the adhesive time to fully bond with your natural lashes.
(2) Avoid oil-based products as they can weaken the adhesive bond. Choose makeup and skincare products that are oil-free.
(3) Do not rub or pull on your extensions as this can cause damage to your natural lashes. Instead, gently pat your face dry after cleansing and avoid using cotton balls or pads.
(4) Use a clean mascara wand to brush your lashes daily to keep them looking neat and tidy.
(5) Avoid sleeping on your stomach or with your face pressed against a pillow to prevent the extensions from becoming twisted or bent.
(6) Do not use eyelash curlers on your extensions as this can cause them to break or become damaged.
(7) Be gentle when washing your face and avoid getting any cleanser or water on your eyelashes. Use a makeup remover specifically designed for use with eyelash extensions.
